BOX-CON: The boxing and conditioning class.

This non-contact class is 50% boxing training and 50% conditioning. So, if you want to hit the bag, improve your boxing skills and sculpt your body in one hit – look no further.

In this class you will receive focused coaching on the bag; learning combinations, tactics and footwork as well as movement and working through real-life boxing scenarios.

The conditioning section of your workout will consist of a variety strength & conditioning drills utilised by boxers. Sculpting and toning your body and increasing your overall athletic ability and stamina.
